Hello there, amazing 4th and 5th grade families!

LES PTA is lucky to be continuing our partnership with the always phenomenal Town Hall Education to bring you this year’s musical: The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition!

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea and became the hottest star on Broadway?  Why, it’s SpongeBob Squarepants of course!

Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing, dynamic stage show! When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world!

The SpongeBob Musical is based on the beloved Nickelodeon animated series, with original songs by Yolanda Adams, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Sara Bareilles, The Flaming Lips, Cyndi Lauper, John Legend, Panic! At the Disco, Plain White T’s, and T.I., and songs by David Bowie, Tom Kenny and Andy Paley.

We will once again be offering 3 performance casts AND 3 stage crews, if your student prefers something more behind the scenes.  Rehearsals take place in the Multi-Purpose Room at LES, immediately after school.  Dress Rehearsals and Performances take place across the street from LES at Town Hall Theatre: 3535 School Street.
