We are so excited for the start of the 2025-26 school year! The 2025-26 Back to School Registration Packets will go live on Monday, July 14th, 2025. Please complete these forms by the first day of school (Tuesday, August 12).

Are you wondering "Didn't I already do this registration thing last year?" --- you likely did! But on July 1, 2025, the LES website rolled over to the 2025-26 school year. All returning families are asked to verify their contact information in order to access the website. New families will set up an account. Directory information will only be available as this information is verified. It is very important you have an account on this site if you wish to stay up to date with various school functions. This is also the primary way we connect with you socially!
Note: Registering an account does NOT make you a member of LES PTA - you must also sign up and pay the registration fee for PTA membership (the first form in the link above)
We highly recommend completing the below steps on a laptop/desktop.
STEP 1: COMPLETE BACK-TO-SCHOOL PTA FORMS
The PTA requires a few forms:
- Complete our Membership form and join the PTA! This is one of the ways we raise funds for all of our planned school and community events. And even though membership allows you to vote when you attend PTA meetings, we don't take role and require attendance at the meetings (although we would love to see you there!).
- The PTA event waiver is required for all family members (students and parents/caregivers) who plan to attend any of our PTA-sponsored activities.
- The Adult Code of Conduct is the shared understanding of expectations of adults interacting with our school.

All forms are visible upon completion of updating (or creating) Personal Information. You MUST have an account on this website to complete school registration forms even if you do not purchase a PTA membership.
STEP 2: Subscribe to the PTA calendar
Avoid missing a fun school event (and any disappointment your student may feel!) by subscribing to the PTA calendar.
STEP 3: LEARN ABOUT EASY WAYS TO FUNDRAISE FOR THE LES PTA
Your donations support our school events! There are various ways to donate. Did you know that when you shop, you could be raising money to build community at LES? Click the link below to learn more about how you can earn FREE MONEY for Lafayette Elementary.
STEP 4: Complete volunteer requirements & sign-up for opportunities
In the 2024-25 school year, LAFSD implemented the Be A Mentor system to handle Volunteer registration and screening. If you would like to volunteer in any capacity with LES this year, you must complete these requirements before volunteering for anything on campus. Learn more and get signed up below.

Please note that teachers may have additional volunteer opportunities that they advertise, outside of those listed by the PTA.
2025-26 LES Volunteer Interest Form
Another way to help not only Lafayette Elementary School, but all the schools in the district, is by volunteering at various events for LPIE! From brainstorming auction items for the gala to either selling tickets or pouring drinks at the Art & Wine Festival, there are ways you can give back to this amazing organization who support and enrich the education of every child in Lafayette public schools.

Our amazing Spirit Wear co-chairs are putting the finishing touches on options for LES Spirit Wear! These items will be ordered directly from Gryco Sportswear and have it delivered to your oldest child's classroom.
We expect to have one more "spirit wear ordering session" this year, but we may not have the same items. If you like something you may want to go ahead and purchase!
